Winter Booking Terms & Conditions:

To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required within 7 days. The remaining balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment in full is required within 7 days of booking if less than 6 weeks from arrival date. Payment in full is required within 48 hours of booking if less than 3 weeks from arrival date.

 

Cancellation more than 60 days prior will incur a $150 booking fee. If cancelled 60 – 45 days prior to arrival a deduction of 50% of the total tariff will be made unless the apartment is re-let in which case a booking fee of $150 will be charged per apartment. No refund if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival unless the apartment is re-let in which case a booking fee of $150 will be charged per apartment.

Extra persons only with managers approval prior to arrival. Charges apply.

 

A security bond is charged on all apartments, (amount is dependent on apartment type and size). Altitude Apartments management will not tolerate excessive noise and behavior which causes disturbance of other guests. Failure to respect Altitude Apartments policies will result in immediate eviction forfeiting all monies paid including the security bond.
